ANTARCTICA, VP8 Anton, ZS4AGA, is signing ZS7ANT from the South African base SANAE.
ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8, AF-003 Jim, N6TJ, will activate ZD8Z again for three weeks starting on Nov 20. QSL via direct via VE3HO.
BAHAMAS, C6 Ed, C6A/K8EP, will work participate in the CQWW CW and also in CW/SSB from Nov 20-27. QSL via K8EP.
BARBADOS, 8P, NA-021 K4BAI is operating again from the Warleigh Plantation signing 8P9HAT from Nov 20-27. He hopes to get the call 8P9Z for the CQWW CW Contest. QSL via bureau.
BONAIRE, PJ4, SA-006 Jeff, PJ4/W8RXR, will be mainly QRV in CW on 10/15/20m starting Nov 18.
COSTA RICA, TI Andy, VE2EM/VA3TEE, will sign TI2/VE2EM from the shack of TI2HMG mostly in CW on 10-40m from Nov 21-27. He also plans to take part in the CQWW CW Contest. QSL via VE2EM, bureau ok.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI, NA-122 Julio, AD4Z, will be active as HI3K in CW on 160m and the WARC bands between Nov 21 and Dec 9. He intends also to air the call HI3J of his father. Skeds for the CQWW and the ARRL 160m Contests can be arranged via e-mail to USA002@hotmail.com.
DUCIE ISLAND, VP6, OC-182 The ARRL writes that the Pitcairn Island Amateur Radio Association posted an application to become a member of the IARU. The voting shall be on Nov 15 and if it succeeds this would open the opportunity for Ducie Island to be added to the DXCC Entities List. Starting on Nov 16 at 0000 UTC VP6TC, VP6DB, JA1BK/VP6BK, JA1SLS/VP6BB, JF1IST, JA1SLS, K9AJ, K5VT and FO3HO will hit the airwaves with a special VP6 call. See also DXNL 1267.
FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F, SA-003 Peter, PY5CC, will be the operator of PY0FM from Nov 20-29.
GALAPAGOS ISLAND, HC8, SA-004 Jon, N0JK, and a few friends will activate HC8N from San Cristobal Island on all bands from Nov 20-26. They will take part in the CQWW.
ISRAEL, 4X Paul, 4X6UU, will activate the lighthouse Stela-Aris (ISR-004) on 14265 kHz on Nov 17.
JAMAICA, 6Y5, NA-097 The Team Vertical will demonstrate how strong QRP power can be, operating with five QRP stations and Force 12 verticals from Nov 20-26 On http://www.k2kw.com you can win Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee if you are one of the first to contact them on five different bands! Check the website for exact rules. These stations will be on the air: 6Y1A (K2KW) on 10m, 6Y9A (KE7X) on 15m, 6Y2A (N6XG) on 20m, 6Y4A (N6BT) on 40m, 6Y8A (W0YK) on 80m, 6Y0A (K2KW) on 160m. MADEIRA, CT3, AF-014 Frank, DL2CC, will be QRV from Nov 20-26. Outside of the contest you have to listen for CT3/DL2CC and during the contest for CT9M on all bands. QSL via DL1SBF.
MARQUESAS ISLANDS, FO0, OC-027 JI1JKW will sign FO0SAI on HF and 6m from Hiva Island from Nov 18-21. He will then go to Moorea (French Polynesia, OC-046). QSL via JI1JKW.
MOLDAVIA, ER The clubstation ER3KAZ will use the special call ER373R to celebrate the 373th anniversary of the city Rybnitsa on Nov 21.
MONGOLIA, JT Ken, JT1/K4ZW, hopes to become QRV on 80/160m on Nov 19. Hre also plans to take part in the CQWW CW Contest.
NEVIS, V4, NA-104 Larry, KJ4UY, will operate as V47UY in SSB/RTTY/PSK-31 and some CW on all bands between Nov 22 and Dec 4. QSL direct via KJ4UY.
NIUE ISLAND, ZK2, OC-040 Tommy, VK2IR, is planning a trip for Nov 22-29. His call is not sure yet but he intends to be QRV on 6-40m. Next stop shall be Tonga.
NORTHERN MARIANAS, KH0, OC-086 JQ1UKK, JF2SKV, JK2VOC, JG3VEI and JE6MYI are will sign NH0S during the CQWW CW Contest. QSL via JF2SKV, bureau ok. They will be QRV on all bands in SSB/CW/RTTTY/PSK31/FM signing NH0S (QSL via JF2SKV), NH0V (via JG3VEI), KH0/JE6MYI (via JW6MYI), KH0/AD6VH (via JQ1UKK) and KH0/JK2VOC (via JK2VOC) from Nov 22-27.
PALAU, T8, OC-009 JA6VZB and JH6RTO will be active on HF signing T88JA from Nov 22-27 (including contest). QSL via JA6VZB. T88FS shall be QRV on 6m and via satellite. QSL via JH6RTO.
SAN ANDRES ISLAND, HK0, NA-033 Like printed in DXNL 1267 Gerd, DL7VOG, is now QRV from Nov 8-29. Please listen for HK0GU.
TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5 Ed, WA3WSJ, is operating with QRP power and the callsign VP5ED from Nov 20-27. QSL direct to WA3WSJ. --- John, VP5/K3TEJ, will work on 160-10m from Nov 22-27. In the contest he will sign VP5G.
US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2, NA-106 Dennis, NP2/K7BV, will be on the air in CW from Nov 21-25. During the contest he will participate only on 15m!
