C2 - NAURU Jack, VK2GJH, and Nev, VK2QF, intend to operate as C21JH and C21/VK2QF from OC-031 during March/April. Operation is planned on HF and especially on 6m. QSL for C21JH via VK2GJH, Jack Haden, Box 299, Ryde, NSW 1680, Australia; QSL for C21/VK2QF via VK2QF, N E Mattick, Hargraves, NSW 2850, Australia.
FK - CHESTERFIELD ISLAND Chesterfield Island (OC-176) shall become a new DXCC entity! A team of the South Association des Radio Amateurs de Nouvelle Caledonie (ARANC) consisting of FK8GM, FK8HC, JA1BK, N4GN, N7NG, OH1RY, OH2BC, OH2BH and OH2RF will be on the air between Mar 15 and Apr 1. They will activate TX8CI first and then TX0DX starting on Mar 23, 0000Z, since New Caledonia should be an official IARU member by this day. TX0DX will be on air with two CW and SSB stations each. During the WPX SSB Contest (Mar 25/26) one SSB station will work on 15m SSB and the other on 12/17m (all with FT1000MP). They plan also to work in RTTY and on the magic band 6m. P2 - PAPUA NEW GUINEA Bernhard, DL2GAC, got his P29VMS callsign approved for the next five years! On March 7 he flew from Rabaul (OC-008) to Nissan (Green Island, OC-NEW) to operate from the local mission for 5 to 7 days. He'll visit more IOTA islands afterwards and will return to the Solomons on Mar 29. He is operating with solar powered batteries and asks everybody NOT to work him on several bands! QSLs via bureau to DL2GAC.
T32 - EASTERN KIRIBATI The QSL for T32B was NOT requested via KK0T (DXNL 1187). The correct QSL route for T32B is via K1ER!
5Z - KENYA The 5Z4WI team was announced to be active from Wasini (AF-067) from Mar 9-16. Emphasis will be put on 160m CW from Mar 10 (1600 UTC) till Mar 11 (0600 UTC) and from Mar 12 (1600Z) till Mar 13 (0600Z). They will transmit on 1827 kHz and listen on 1835 kHz (e.g. for EU) or on 1910 kHz (for JA only, till 2100 UTC) during the first quarter of every hour. They will be calling for US stations between 2000 UTC and their sunrise around 0330 UTC. During other times or bad conds on 160m mean they will move to another band. QSL via bureau to G3SWH or direct to Phil Whitchurch, 21 Dickensons Grove, Congresbury, Bristol, BS49 5HQ, Great Britain.
CX - URUGUAY 19 OPs of the Centro Radio Aficionados Montevideo are activating CV1Z from Flores Island (SA-030) from Mar 4-10. They are operating with five stations in CW and SSB on all bands from 70cm to 160m. QSL via CX1CCC, Box 6000, Montevideo 11000, Uruguay.
FO0 - CLIPPERTON ISLAND FO0AAA hit the airwaves with a little delay caused by the rough weather during their landing on the island but impressed with good signals also on the lowbands. Expect to be one of 70.000 QSOs until they are going QRT on Mar 8 around 1500 UTC. QSL via N7CQQ.
HK - COLOMBIA Pedro, HK3JJH, will operate with 100 watts and vertical from SA-078 for a few days starting on Mar 11. QSL with 2 IRC or 2 US$ as return postage to Box 81119, Bogota, Colombia.
8Q7 - MALDIVES Frank, PA3DYS, is QRV as 8Q7DY on 50110, 50135 and 28420 kHz from Kuredu until Mar 8.
XV - VIETNAM JA7GAX shall be QRV as 3W2GAX or XV2GAX from Saigon from Mar 1 till the end of the month. He plans to be active as XV2GAX/p also from Phu Quoc (AS-128) from Mar 21-27 and from Hon Tam (no IOTA yet) from Mar 25-30.
Contrary to DXNL 1187 the station on Cat Ba (AS-132) is 3W50K (3W fifty Kilo) and NOT 3W5OK (3W5 Oskar Kilo). QSL via OKDXF (also via bureau).
LX - LUXEMBOURG Kazik, LX/DL2SBY, is active in CW/SSB/RTTY on 10-160m until Mar 11.
EA6 - BALEARIC ISLANDS Babs, EA6/DL7AFS, and Lot, EA6/DJ7ZG, are QRV from EU-004 listening especially for JA and America in SSB and RTTY on all bands from Mar 5-11. QSLs via DL7AFS, via bureau or his CBA.
GU - GUERNSEY Ron, G4DIY, and John, G0NEB, of the St. Helens Radio Club are QRV as GP0STH and GU4DIY/p working in CW/SSB on 10-40m from Mar 8-13. QSLs to G4DIY via bureau or his CBA.

Starting on April 1 the 160m band allocation in Japan (1907,5-1912,5 kHz) will be extended by the frequencies from 1810 to 1825 kHz.
